A place to let go of your busy day. A place to boost your health and well being. And what you learn on the mat starts to ripple into life off the mat too. It’s a place of change.

Chair yoga

A gentle practice using a chair for support, making it ideal for people with limited mobility, balance issues or folk who simply feel more comfortable with extra stability. Experience improved flexibility, strength and relaxation through modified poses that honor where your body is today. This is a nurturing space where you can move, breathe and feel good. Classes end with tea, biscuits & a blether.

Yoga & sound bath

Begin your week with balance and ease. Enjoy 45 minutes of gentle flowing yoga followed by a 45 minute blissful Sound Bath held at the beautiful Sound Bath Studio. Choose from hammocks, reclining chairs or simply your mat to rest and receive. Reset from the weekend and step into the week feeling centred and refreshed. The beautiful vibrations from the crystal bowls will wash through every cell of your body, encouraging deep relaxation and balance.
